July 6, 2005 -- LKD Aerospace, Inc. announced today the acquisition of Cardinal Aerospace's entire Kit product line. The Kit products will be assembled and distributed throughout the world and be featured in LKD Aerospace’s B2B e-commerce storefront at www.Lkdaerospace.com. LKD is a stocking distributor for many manufacturers and offers thousands of factory new expendables, kits, Rolls-Royce OMAT consumables and surplus rotables for most major air transport, regional, business jet and helicopter platforms. The acquisition closed on June 24, 2005. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Kit product line includes more than 200 unique filter kit products. These filter and repair kits use only factory new components from qualified manufacturers and are used in advisory circular, standard scheduled maintenance and repair and overhaul activities. The product line is used on the entire model range of Boeing and Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) aircraft as well as Pratt & Whitney engines, various Auxiliary Power Units (APU's), fuel pump and control assemblies as well as hydraulics.
