Surplus Consignment Agreement for Cardinal’s Extensive Inventory

– LKD Aerospace announced today the acquisition of Cardinal
Aerospace’s aftermarket division. The asset purchase agreement
includes both distribution and customer accounts and certain other
intellectual property. The Agreement also includes Cardinal’s entire
aftermarket inventory to be held by and consigned to LKD Aerospace.
Terms of the Agreement were not disclosed.
In business since 1983, LKD Aerospace is a global leader in
aerospace aftermarket distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce
services. The company provides factory new expendables, complete
kits, OMAT, rotables and surplus inventory to more than 2000
existing customers around the world on six continents on SPEC2000
and the company's e-commerce website at

overhaul facilities, original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) and
aftermarket service companies. LKD's products are used on Boeing,
Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier jet aircraft, Cessna, Beech,
Bombardier and Dassault business jets, various turboprops and Bell
Helicopters.
