LKD Aerospace Signs Worldwide Exclusive Surplus Distribution Agreement
With Ametek Aerospace
E-Commerce Initiatives Key To Building Fast

July 14, 2000 -- LKD Aerospace
announced today the signing of an exclusive worldwide distribution
agreement for all of Ametek Aerospace’s surplus and excess inventory.
The products will be distributed globally by LKD and featured in LKD
Aerospace’s new e-commerce system. Inventory items also include repair
and overhauled items from Ametek’s Seattle Support Center. The signing
of the Agreement coincides with the recent launch of LKD Aerospace’s new
B2B E-commerce website for the aerospace aftermarket at www.Lkdaerospace.com.
Ametek, a global leader in aircraft instrumentation
and systems headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts, offers a wide
range of products and services for the aerospace industry. Products
encompassed by this Agreement include Ametek rotable inventory items, such
as indicators, fuel flow transmitters and other products. They are used on
a wide range of aircraft platforms including heavy and narrow body jet
aircraft, regional jets, turboprops, business jets and helicopters
manufactured by various OEM’s including Boeing, Airbus, McDonnell
Douglas, Lockheed, Embraer, Bombardier, Saab and Gulfstream.

LKD Aerospace distributes
factory new expendables, rotables and surplus inventory to more than 1500
existing customers around the world serving five continents. Customers
include airlines, repair & overhaul facilities, OEM’s and
aftermarket service companies. LKD's products are used on Boeing,
McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier jet aircraft as well as
Fairchild, Beech and Bombardier turboprop aircraft. LKD has been in
business since 1983.
Earlier in May of this year, LKD launched its new
e-commerce website which features more than 2,000,000 parts than can be
securely searched, priced and bought entirely online with inventory
available in real-time. The site is free and requires users only to
register. In addition to the Ametek agreement, LKD Aerospace has recently
signed several new distribution agreements since the launch of their
e-commerce system. These agreements with original equipment manufacturers
for expendable products include exclusive distribution of Dance Air and
KrisMark Group product lines as well as recent distribution agreements
with Kaddas Enterprises and Eagle Air Engineering. LKD plans to continue
leveraging its unique global distribution capabilities coupled with
continued heavy investment in Information Technology and e-commerce.
Additional growth initiatives include new distribution agreements,
strategic partnering, potential acquisitions as well as the opening of its
first International sales office later this year.
