March 26, 2008 -- LKD Aerospace is pleased to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with Honeywell International Aerospace for all Thermal Switch Airline Spares & ARINC Triax Flight Safety products. The Honeywell OEM products are located on every Boeing/McDonnell commercial & military platforms both fixed wing and rotor wing craft. This agreement compliments the LKD Aerospace aftermarket product portfolio and enhances our ability to service the global aerospace industry.
Honeywell International Aerospace located in Redmond, WA has manufactured Thermal Switch & Flight Safety products in the same location for over 40 years. This agreement focuses on products ranging from critical navigation systems to various thermal management control in which Honeywell has been the leader in the industry. Honeywell is located less than 20 miles from the LKD headquarters facilitating our customer service response time with almost seamless synergy.

LKD also recently announced their new FAA certified Repair Station #1LKR990Y for Limited Accessories. LKD also expects EASA certification within the next several weeks. LKD continues to add new capabilities and anticipates the expansion into Limited Instrument later this spring.
